Day to day, the Technical Delivery Manager serves as a leadership role providing business, and technical guidance overseeing implementations using the Akumina product. Client satisfaction is of highest importance and setting clear expectations and driving towards completion are critical success factors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex and large volume implementation projects
  • Manage escalations and give strong guidance to the project team and the client
  • Possess the right balance between technology and business/functional expertise
  • Excellent client interaction skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex and challenging clients and project teams
  • Deliver outstanding and sustainable business value and client satisfaction
  • Attain client credibility through demonstrable experience with web content and/or digital asset management technologies combined with project management
  • Deliver on all aspects of project management for chosen projects
  • Effectively manage overall project issues; analyze more complex project issues, identify the possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with the client; identify product issues and collaborate with technical support and engineering to drive resolution
  • Support and work with the sales teams in pursuing opportunities, providing consulting expertise, proposals, estimates, etc. as needed
  • Mentor and guide others on the team, from new hire on-boarding to ongoing delivery excellence and display outstanding communication, problem solving and consensus building skills
  • Lead the team in identifying, capturing and distributing knowledge and best practices with clients, partners and colleagues via direct interaction and internal channels
  • Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as key internal initiatives
  • Play a key role as a change agent in pursuit of constant tuning and improvement of our team
  • Proactively maintain the highest level of expertise by staying current on client and project management techniques as well as Akumina technology capabilities through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed and regularly (25-50% on average) within US with possible travel oversees at times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Highly organized
  • Understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and Office 365
  • Experienced consultant, having worked in a consulting / customer facing role previously
  • Self-Starter / ability to work with minimal direction
  • Passionate learner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize
  • Passion to deliver excellence for each customer
  • Ability to effectively share knowledge with client and team
  • Ability to think critically under pressure
  • Experience with CMS such as SharePoint Online a bonus
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
